Terms of Service
The product you are buying, and the limits of that product.
Plans and trial. New workspaces start a 7-day Stripe trial, then bill monthly at the selected plan. Sovereign is €9,999 per month with unlimited metered generate requests. Annual billing is available at 10% off through the dashboard.
Shield. Shield returns HTML, CSS, and a font for browser pages, and a script that calls generate. Browser listeners may scramble copy and overlay the tab. Shield does not include a native iOS, Android, or desktop SDK, and does not block OS screenshots, OBS, QuickTime, or a camera.
Enterprise. Enterprise issues a dual-layer watermark and validate returns JSON plus an HMAC-signed attribution record and optional printable HTML report. Optical reconstruction is refused when no markers were applied. A match is investigative, not a court judgment.
Keys and quota. Live keys are shown once and stored hashed. Generate is metered; HTTP 429 at monthly cap. Validate requires a live key and an active or trialing workspace. Unauthenticated use of the engines is not permitted.
Acceptable use. You may only watermark content you are entitled to protect. You must not use SecretSam to harm individuals or to fabricate attribution.
